Shipping Policy

Last updated: 24 March 2026

At Void Archive, we aim to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered as efficiently and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, delivery issues, customs, and other shipping-related matters.

By placing an order with Void Archive, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

Void Archive currently ships to customers in:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently ship to that destination. We reserve the right to add or remove shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within [1–5 business days] after payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • product launches

  • restocks

  • promotional periods

  • public holidays

  • periods of unusually high order volume

  • pre-order or made-to-order drops

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, shipping service selected at checkout, customs processing, and local courier performance.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: [2–5 business days]

  • Express Shipping: [1–2 business days]

Europe

  • Standard International Shipping: [3–10 business days]

  • Express International Shipping: [2–5 business days]

United States

  • Standard International Shipping: [5–12 business days]

  • Express International Shipping: [2–6 business days]

Rest of World

  • Standard International Shipping: [5–15 business days]

  • Express International Shipping: [3–7 business days]

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on factors including:

  • destination

  • parcel weight

  • parcel dimensions

  • shipping service selected

  • promotional offers or free shipping thresholds

Any free shipping offer applies only on the terms clearly stated at the time of purchase and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

5. Order Confirmation and Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check junk/spam folders if expected emails are not received.

6. Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is used, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch

  • some destinations may have limited tracking visibility once the parcel enters the local delivery network

  • delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the parcel is lost

7. Delivery Delays

While Void Archive will always aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • customs clearance delays

  • severe weather

  • strikes or transport disruption

  • carrier delays

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • local import procedures

  • force majeure events

  • security checks

  • failed delivery attempts

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and should not be relied upon as fixed deadlines.

8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to:

  • import duties

  • customs charges

  • local taxes

  • brokerage or handling fees

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Void Archive is not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities or for any additional costs imposed by customs or local tax agencies. If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed, Void Archive reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or losses incurred from any refund otherwise due.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.

Void Archive is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, you must contact us immediately at [insert contact email]. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed, particularly if it has already been processed or dispatched.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts and Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because:

  • the recipient is unavailable

  • the address is inaccessible

  • the parcel is not collected from a pickup point

  • the recipient refuses delivery

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, Void Archive reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost, return costs, and any other charges incurred before issuing any refund or arranging redelivery.

11. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at [insert contact email] within [7–14 days] of the expected delivery date.

We may need time to investigate with the shipping carrier. A parcel will not be treated as lost until the carrier confirms this or the relevant investigation period has passed.

Stolen Parcels

Void Archive is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery address, safe place, mailroom, reception, or similar location.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen after delivery, you should contact the carrier directly and, where appropriate, report the matter to the police.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the packaging and item(s)

Failure to notify us within a reasonable time may affect our ability to assist.

12. Split Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, Void Archive reserves the right to ship items separately if necessary for operational reasons, stock availability, or logistical efficiency.

Where this occurs, you will not normally be charged additional shipping fees beyond those agreed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

13. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

From time to time, Void Archive may offer pre-order, made-to-order, or limited release items.

For these orders:

  • the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page where possible

  • dispatch timelines are estimates only and may change

  • if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready, unless otherwise stated

  • if split shipment is available, this may incur additional shipping charges

We strongly recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items if you want in-stock items dispatched sooner.

14. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided in your order, or in accordance with the carrier’s delivery confirmation procedures.

Ownership of goods remains with Void Archive until full payment has been received and cleared.

15. Refused Shipments and Returned Parcels

If a shipment is refused by the customer, or returned to Void Archive due to non-payment of customs charges, failed delivery, or non-collection, we reserve the right to:

  • deduct the original shipping cost

  • deduct return shipping charges

  • deduct customs or carrier handling fees

  • refuse a full refund where losses have been incurred

If a returned parcel is damaged in transit back to us or not returned at all, any refund may be reduced or refused to the extent permitted by law.

16. Delivery to Third Parties or Freight Forwarders

If a customer uses a parcel forwarding company, mail forwarding service, reshipper, concierge, or other third-party intermediary, Void Archive is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or delivery issues occurring after the parcel has been delivered to that third party.

Any claim in such circumstances may be limited once the parcel has been shown as delivered to the forwarding address.

17. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be unavailable for shipment to certain countries or territories due to legal, customs, carrier, or operational restrictions.

Void Archive reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot lawfully or practically be shipped.

18. Delivery Address Changes and Order Cancellations

We may not be able to amend delivery details or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert contact email].

Any change or cancellation request is not effective unless and until confirmed by us.

19. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from shipping delays, failed delivery, customs issues, or carrier errors.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
